How is Vionic different from other brands?
Vionic shoes provide essential stability and supportive comfort. Each shoe, sandal, and slipper includes a contoured design engineered to support natural alignment from the ground up. Many of the products are also recognized by expert associations for foot health.
Vionic’s breakthrough technology allows for orthotic-level support built right into stylish footwear—giving you comfort without the look of a medical device.
What size should I order?
We strive to maintain consistent sizing across all styles. Most shoes will feel true to size. If you’re unsure, check the “Sizing” section on the product page for style-specific advice.
For sandals that are available only in whole sizes, if you normally wear a half size, it’s best to size down. For example, if you usually wear 7½, order a size 7.
Is there a break-in period for your shoes?
Most customers find Vionic footwear comfortable right out of the box. For others, a short adjustment period may help. We suggest wearing your new shoes for a few hours on the first day or two, gradually increasing wear. By the end of one to two weeks, they should feel fully comfortable and supportive.

Where can I find your products locally?
If you prefer to try shoes in person before purchasing, check our store locator to find authorized retailers near you. We recommend calling ahead to verify that they carry the styles you are interested in, as not all retailers carry every model.
Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?
Yes—we offer a loyalty program through which you can earn points by making purchases, writing reviews, referring friends, and more. These points can be redeemed for discounts.
SHIPPING
What shipping methods do you offer?
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and total order amount. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center on business days.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and aim to ship the next business day. Note that orders placed over weekends or holidays may take longer.
Do you ship internationally?
At present, we are not able to ship outside certain regions. Please check our country/region support page to confirm if we ship to your location.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, e-gift cards, and other popular payment methods. For some orders, installment payment options may be available depending on your region.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, changes or cancellations aren’t generally possible once the order has been placed.
Do you offer price adjustments?
If you buy an item and it goes on sale shortly after, we may offer a one-time price adjustment within a limited number of days. Final sale / clearance items are usually excluded.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery if it was bought from EquallyShoes.com. The product must be in its original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method; original shipping is not refundable. Some sale or clearance items may be final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How long does it take for returns to be processed?
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds typically appear on your account within 7–15 business days.
Can I return Final Sale items?
Final Sale items generally cannot be returned or refunded. Please review the product’s sale status before purchase.
GIFT CARDS
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. We offer electronic gift cards. You can purchase them on-site, and in most cases, redeem them toward future purchases.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Our electronic gift cards do not expire. There are no additional fees for non-use.
OTHER QUESTIONS
What are insoles or orthotics, and how are they different from regular footbeds?
Standard footbeds are designed mainly for cushioning and feel. Orthotics are functional—they are meant to address biomechanical alignment, helping reduce overpronation, providing arch support, and improving overall posture.
How long will orthotics or insoles last?
Most orthotic inserts and supportive sandals last about 12–18 months under typical wear. Replacement may be needed sooner in some cases, depending on how often and under what conditions they are worn.
How should I clean or care for my shoes, sandals, or orthotics?
- Wipe with a damp cloth and allow to air dry away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Avoid submerging in water, using harsh solvents, or placing them in washing machines or dryers.
- To manage odor, clean footbeds gently with mild soap and warm water, then air dry thoroughly before wearing.
